Monitoring visits occur quarterly to check for compliance of the imposed licensing regulations. Training is offered to all newly certified providers within the first 90 days of certification. The benefits of an in-home childcare center include extra income, free training, ability to stay home with your own children and be your own boss.

CCR&R is a statewide program that helps families find quality child care. The staff fields phone calls and internet inquiries from parents. Once we know the child’s age, personality, special needs, and the general vicinity the parents are looking in, we can give them a list of child care centers and homes to research. We also give parents a checklist to use when visiting a child care center or home. Legally, we cannot personally recommend any child care center or home.
- 90% of customers say the service helped them identify quality child care
- 70% of customers enrolled their child in a center/home referred by CCR&R
- 92% of customers said that they would use the service again if needed
