The downloadable application is a PDF File that you can fill out on your computer, print, and fax either to our Main Fax number at: (520) 325-8181 OR to the fax number referred to on any of our posted positions you have seen. Please be sure to attach a cover letter stating the position you are applying for.
If we are interested in your experience and background and wish to contact you for an interview, your completed Employment Application is required before any further contact is made with you for such interviews. A resume may be attached to the application but will NOT be considered as a substitute for the application form.
