Happy Hours School-Age Program
Our school-age program offers high quality out-of-school time programs for children aged 5 to 12. Happy Hours is a before-and-after school program offering a variety of creative, recreational and physical activities, as well as enrichment and homework opportunities. Happy Hours Summer Enrichment is an all-inclusive summer program with weekly classes and field trips. All sites care for children with special needs and offer a sliding fee scale, sibling discounts, and accept DES childcare subsidies.
Children ages 5-12
You may finally discover the best fit for you and your family! Open to young parents ages 16-21, MCAP is a comprehensive program providing High School Equivalency preparation, parenting education, and life skills. While you earn your degree and plan for your future success, MCAP can provide free on-site child care for children under 3 years old, when available. Infants and toddlers are cared for in our licensed, nationally accredited childcare center, housed in the same building as the MCAP program.

Are you concerned your child may have some delays? Arizona Early Intervention Program provides in-home assessement, evaluation, and ongoing services to you and your children who have developmental delays or disabilities. We will provide services in your home and in your normal routines, where you child is most comfortable.
The State of Arizona defines as eligible for supports and services through the Arizona Early Intervention Program a child between birth and 36 months of age who is developmentally delayed or who has an established condition which has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay, as defined by the State. Building Bright Futures - Special Needs
A free and voluntary program that gives you key information about early childhood development. Using the Parents as Teachers curriculum, our educators will help you gain positive parenting techniques, provide early detection of developmental delays, and increase your child’s school readiness and success.
In Southwest and northwest regions of Maricopa County, parents of children birth to 5 years old who have developmental delays or other special needs, not qualifying for early intervention or developmental preschool through their school district
It’s wonderful to welcome a new baby into the world! But it can be scary, too. We are here to provide free, in-home support and education on how to become the best parent you can be. Through fun, hands-on creative activities, you can learn about prenatal and child development, and baby health and safety. Our Family Support Specialists will visit you in your home and help you build a nourishing and happy environment for your baby!
