As Vice President of Community Investment & Impact at Child & Family Resources, I provide strategic leadership focused on strengthening communities, expanding access to resources, and creating meaningful impact for children, families, and early childhood professionals across Arizona. My work includes leading statewide initiatives, building strategic partnerships, supporting community engagement and outreach, advancing data-informed strategies, and identifying opportunities to grow and sustain programs that respond to the needs of Arizona communities.
I have built my career around community impact, early childhood systems, program development, and connecting families and communities to the resources they need to thrive. My experience includes statewide leadership with Arizona Child Care Resource & Referral, program strategy and development, community engagement, partnerships, communications, grant development, and organizational initiatives designed to improve outcomes for children and families. I am especially passionate about bringing people and organizations together to turn ideas into practical solutions that create lasting change.
The mission of Child & Family Resources is deeply connected to why I do this work. I believe that when families have access to strong support, when early childhood professionals are valued and equipped, and when communities have the resources they need, children have a stronger foundation for lifelong success. I am passionate about making systems easier to navigate, elevating the voices of families and providers, and ensuring that our work reaches communities that are often underserved or overlooked.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors in the beautiful southwest especially hiking and visiting national parks, where I find it easy to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with myself. I also love meaningful conversations, traveling, music, and spending time with the people I care about. One of my favorite personal symbols is the phoenix, which represents resilience, transformation, and the ability to rise stronger from life’s challenges.
