Diane Fellows

Diane Fellows has dedicated more than 40 years to advancing early childhood education and youth prevention services in Arizona. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies with a focus on Administration, Management, and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University.

Diane’s career includes leadership in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. As a Regional Director with La Petite Academy, she gained extensive experience in training, human resources, financial operations, marketing, and multi-site management. For more than two decades, Diane has dedicated her expertise to Child & Family Resources, serving in multiple leadership roles including Professional Development Specialist, Program Director, Vice President for Early Care and Education Programs and Prevention Programs for Youth and, currently, as President/Chief Executive Officer.

A strong advocate for collaboration and community partnerships, Diane has actively participated on numerous agency and statewide committees, boards, and advisory groups. She is recognized for her leadership, mentorship, and ability to build teams that drive innovation and positive outcomes for children, families, and communities.

In her personal time, Diane enjoys Zumba Fitness, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Zumba Sentao. She plans to teach community classes in the future, as time permits, but for now, enjoys being a student! Diane also loves crafting – specifically scrapbooking, and doing puzzles!
