Dianna Bonneau

Dianna Bonneau leads statewide marketing, development, grant initiatives, and mental health awareness programming; as well as oversees donor engagement, brand management, corporate partnerships, and event planning with the purpose of increasing philanthropic support, strengthening community relations, promoting behavioral health awareness and ensures consistent branding across all platforms to elevate the organization’s visibility and impact.

With 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Dianna has held executive roles in community-based organizations focused on behavioral health, substance use prevention, and youth programs across Arizona and Illinois. Earlier in her career, she held roles in Human Resources and Public Relations and also led domestic violence prevention and victim support programs. She has successfully managed diverse grants, cultivated community partnerships, and directed marketing, public relations, and development strategies, including key events that drive organizational growth and mission impact.

Dianna holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Her work reflects her dedication to Child & Family Resources’ mission of empowering children, youth, and families to build bright, thriving futures. She is passionate about supporting youth and families and enjoys spending quality time with her own family.
