Isabel Georgelos

Isabel Georgelos serves as Deputy Director of YWCA Southern Arizona, overseeing all program areas including the Women’s Business Center (WBC). She first joined the YWCA in 2021 as Director of the WBC—one of the largest centers of its kind in the nation, serving more than 1,500 clients annually. The WBC provides business management training, technical assistance, and counseling to aspiring entrepreneurs and established small business owners.

With over 25 years of experience in corporate leadership for some of the nation’s top retailers, Isabel brings a deep commitment to advancing women’s economic empowerment and equity. As the first in her family to attend college, she is passionate about supporting women in business, the workforce, and at home through advocacy, education, and access to resources that promote economic growth and self-sufficiency.

Her past board and community service include the League of Women Voters of Tucson, Sister José Women’s Shelter, the BIPOC Loan Fund, and Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Isabel resides in Tucson, Arizona, with her husband of 34 years, and their daughter attends Arizona State University.
