Family & Community Services

Our home visit programs offer guidance and support to help you become the best parent or guardian you can be.

Through engaging, hands-on activities, you’ll learn about prenatal care, child development, and infant health and safety. These services also help identify developmental delays early and set the foundation for your child’s readiness and success in school.

“I didn’t know anything about having my own baby, so I had a home visitor come in weekly and talk to me about child development and talk to me about what milestones my child can expect to meet, as well as just supporting me with resources. I was in the program for three years.”

“My Family Support Specialist helped me to stay strong and taught me how to have confidence. I had postpartum depression and without my Specialist’s help, I could not have made it through this challenging time.”
