Prevention Programs for Youth

Programs are designed to empower youth, parents, guardians, and caregivers with the tools to navigate life safely and confidently. Through a range of engaging programs—spanning from middle school through young adulthood—participants learn about healthy relationships, substance use prevention, mental health awareness, and youth leadership.

Each program is built to support positive decision-making, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Programs

Mental Health

Mental Health Matters equips adults with the knowledge to recognize signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth and adults, using evidence-based training that teaches how to respond with care and support.

Youth Leadership

The Resilience Initiative is empowering young people with essential life and leadership skills, helping them build confidence, adaptability, and a strong foundation for success.

Substance Misuse Prevention

The Substance Misuse Prevention Programs support youth and families in making healthy choices by offering parenting guidance, prevention workshops, and community trainings on issues like opioids, vaping, and marijuana.

Healthy Relationships

Through age-appropriate programs like Teen Impact, Ready4Life, and Empowering Youth 2.0, participants learn about healthy communication, setting boundaries, goal setting, and avoiding risky behaviors.

“What I love most about my role is the opportunity to have a meaningful and powerful impact on the youth and our communities. There is something truly fulfilling about guiding young individuals as they navigate their challenges and helping them unlock their potential. By providing them with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions, I believe we are not only shaping their futures but also contributing to the larger transformation of our communities.”
