Prevention Programs for Youth
Programs are designed to empower youth, parents, guardians, and caregivers with the tools to navigate life safely and confidently. Through a range of engaging programs—spanning from middle school through young adulthood—participants learn about healthy relationships, substance use prevention, mental health awareness, and youth leadership.

Mental Health Matters equips adults with the knowledge to recognize signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth and adults, using evidence-based training that teaches how to respond with care and support.
Youth Leadership
The Resilience Initiative is empowering young people with essential life and leadership skills, helping them build confidence, adaptability, and a strong foundation for success.
Substance Misuse Prevention
The Substance Misuse Prevention Programs support youth and families in making healthy choices by offering parenting guidance, prevention workshops, and community trainings on issues like opioids, vaping, and marijuana.
Healthy Relationships
Through age-appropriate programs like Teen Impact, Ready4Life, and Empowering Youth 2.0, participants learn about healthy communication, setting boundaries, goal setting, and avoiding risky behaviors.
